: I would like to put together an electronic standard for capturing daily notes on our various DMC controllers' performances.    The database would be used by the Control Engineer to identify whether a similar problem had been previously addressed on a particular controller.  

: I envision something like a Process Control Engineer's electronic chart of the DMC "patient" health.    Has anyone developed anything or is there a third party documentation tool?
