: Does anyone have experience of implementing stripping steam controls within crude unit MVPC applications?

: Do you use ratio controls?  If so are these within or outside the MVPC application (i.e. is ratio CV or MV)?

: How do you set up the optimisation of the steam?  How do you know when to stop adding steam (or stop reducing it)?

: Is it better to do steam optimisation outside the MVPC and wait until RTO is implemented?
