Rafael,
I'm not very familar with this application. I was about to get involved in the gasoline blending problem before Dan and I started CCI. In anycase, I would try to talk to Bill Canney at Aspentech. Although we don't try to differentiate one vendor verses another at this site, he is a very creative guy that I know and he has implemented many successful gasoline blending projects.

: We are about to start an optimization project in our gasoline & gasoil blending at Petronor Refinery in Bilbao, Spain.

: What makes us slightly different from others is that most of our blending components are fed directly from process units (rundown mode).

: We are looking for tools and engineering service companies with experience in this kind of blending. We have found interesting packages such as BRC, BPC (from Honeywell Hi-Spec) but they do not meet our requirements, basically because they were designed for blending from intermediate tanks.

: Any help, experience or comment is very welcome.
